Strengthening Workplace Safety
The Safety Week Awareness Training Programme was successfully conducted on 6th and 7th March 2026 to strengthen workplace safety awareness and promote safe working practices. The programme witnessed active participation from plant workers, contract workers and staff employees.
On 6th March, Mr. Murli Nikam (CEO) conducted a dedicated safety awareness session for staff employees, emphasizing individual responsibility, hazard awareness and adherence to safe working procedures. On 7th March, Mr. Prashant Tiwari conducted safety training covering hazard identification, PPE, machine safety, electrical safety, fire safety, traffic safety and emergency preparedness.
The programme also emphasized good housekeeping, safe handling practices, reporting of unsafe conditions and avoiding unsafe shortcuts. Employees were encouraged to stop work whenever unsafe conditions or equipment abnormalities were observed. Safety awareness posters on various topics further strengthened the safety messages across the workplace.
The sessions received an encouraging response and reinforced the message that safety was everyone’s responsibility. Mr. Murli Nikam (CEO) expressed sincere appreciation to Mr. Prashant Tiwari & all employees and workers for their valuable participation and support in making the Safety Week programme successful.
